Table of Contents: The Ninth National Metropolis Conference had two general plenaries as well as six thematic plenaries (held in three concurrent sessions). The conference program committee developed plenary topics with a diverse range of speakers from the academic, policy making and community sectors and a strong presence from all Metropolis Centres.
